About Me

Sebastian Bechinger

PASSHE Quality-Assured Tutor
Systemic Coach
Dyslexia and Learning Support Coach

I’m Sebastian — a London-based coach working with neurodivergent adults and university students. I also support institutions in their efforts to improve neuroinclusion (when I’ve the bandwidth).

I grew up in London, was born in Wales, and lived in Vienna for seven years before coming back to the UK. I was diagnosed with dyslexia at school in 2000 and had access to proper support throughout my education, which changed everything for me. Now I help others get the kind of support they need to actually thrive, not just cope.

I trained in somatic education (think: how movement, sensation, and learning connect) and later qualified as both a learning coach and a systemic coach. I’ve been working with individuals since 2014 and am now also a Quality Assured Specialist Support Tutor in UK universities. I’m also training in Gestalt psychotherapy and moonlight as a dramaturg in contemporary dance, circus and theatre.

I co-founded Plexus, a project connecting neuroscience, art, and education. I’m particularly interested in how neurodivergent minds can shape systems, not just adapt to them.

Finally, I’m the proud father of a brilliant daughter who was born on my birthday. That kind of cosmic joke still makes me smile.
