About Me

Sebastian English

Coach, Educator and Independent Non-Medical Help provider

I am a Specialist SpLD Tutor, ASC/ADHD Mentor, coach and psychotherapy trainee with a background in the arts, movement education, and systemic coaching. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or just unsure how their brain is supposed to function. I was diagnosed with dyslexia aged 11 and am now in a diagnostic waiting list for ADHD.

My approach is in-person and human first. If people come in saying, “Help, everything is a mess,” my response is usually, “Yes. I know. Or at least I know it feels like that. I've been there too. Let's tidy this up, one sock at a time.” Whether the starting point is a calendar, an essay, or a general sense of drowning, I hold space for people to find their rhythm and work with how their mind actually works, not how it’s “supposed to.”

In addition to training in SpLD-focused methodologies, I’m also trained as a Systemic Coach, an Agile Coach, and draw on Clean Language, Focusing, and Gestalt. I have over a decade of experience as a movement educator and dramaturg, and recently qualified as a Yoga Instructor. I also teach workshops with names like 'Dance with the Brain That You Have' or 'Visual Thinking for Beautiful Brains' — reflecting my conviction that thinking is embodied, and learning is never just in the head.

In all my work, I believe people mostly need space, clarity, and the right kind of support to turn struggle into something they can own — and sometimes even laugh about.
